I don’t have a PayPal Account! You do not need a PayPal account to purchase from this website. PayPal is used as a secure third party payment gateway where you can either pay with your PayPal account, if you have one, or you can pay by using your credit card. Click here to go to PayPal and set up an account if you wish.

Is my payment secure? By using a third party gateway such as PayPal your payment is secure. When you arrive at the final payment screen and enter your confidential details to make payment you are within the third party environment subject to the security restrictions of that third party.

Do you accept Cash Payments? We do not accept cash payments.

Can we pickup from your place of business? No we do not allow pickups and we do not have a retail shop as all transactions are handled online.

Do you accept direct Bank payments? Yes.  As you proceed through checkout you will find an option for paying by direct credit. Payments in overseas currency are best handled by using the PayPal gateway.

Payments in currencies other than New Zealand Dollars? PayPal handles this automatically, which is another reason why we prefer you use them as our payment gateway.

How do I know the current currency conversion rate? For an approximation of the current conversion rate we use a currency conversion website such as http://www.xe.com/currencyconverter/. The actual conversion will not take place until you make a payment. PayPal use their own rates as do the banks.

What shipping options do you use?  All orders are delivered by mail or by courier.

What determines the cost of shipping?

  1. The size of the package or envelope required.
  2. The value of the package. If the order is above a certain value* it will be sent by registered mail or by courier if required.
  3. The ultimate destination, the cost of which is determined at check out, based on your delivery address.

Do you offer insurance? Packages over a certain value are sent by registered mail which provides insurance cover up to a certain value. High value items will be sent by courier at higher levels of insurance,

Can my package be tracked? Yes it can. The cost of tracking within New Zealand is minimal, however in order to track overseas mail your package will need to be sent by courier which is quite expensive.

When is my package despatched. It will be despatched within 3 business days of receiving your confirmed payment. New Zealand Post does not collect mail during the weekend.

How long does delivery normally take? Local New Zealand mail 2 to 5 business days. Overseas mail allow 5 to 15 business days. Some mail has been known to take as many as 45 days to arrive.

What if we wish to inspect the goods before payment?

All goods must be paid for before they are shipped, however returns are accepted. Please refer to the Terms and conditions of Service.
